SUPPORT DETAILS
Considering the facts that our CMS and services are FREE, we can't provide a paid-like support. Now don't understand this wrong. The hosting services and the system is in our monitoring and we provide the transparent service for that for free. The same any future versions and so on.
What exactly we offer in the support for free?
1. We offer the support for the servers and services. For example keeping the servers online 24/7, or the HTTP services working and database.
2. We offer the support for eventual CMS problems which can occur, like updating security and patch installation. This is completly transparent for you.
3. We accept any "Modules" ideeas and requests to our email at abo abonet.ro and please put in your subject [CMS] so the emails to go directly where is needed
4. We accept any ideeas in general to improve the CMS, of course constructive ones and solutions specially at same email address, the same putting in the subject the [CMS] tag
5. We accept any security fixes or problems
6. We can restore a CMS and respective files from Backup on demand as soon as we can
What we don't support?
1. We can't help you with the design or your CMS
2. We can't help you with graphics, css, media etc
3. We can't help you with tutorials more than you find on our site
4. We can't help you with java script installations or non-working copy/paste objects and so on
5. In general, we can't help with teaching people "how to do things", keep in mind we offer this for free and we have a lot of sites hosted
What you can do in case your site goes over the edge of server resources with usage?
Well this is a tricky problem. The CMS code runs very fast, we have CMS sites with thousands of files loading fast and without problems. However because we are a hosting company, we know that sometimes some sites can become very popular. We have for this two solutions. Either we provide you the files from your site to be moved somewhere else, or you can simply just put the files on another hosting server and link them directly from the CMS. Either you can host it in some cases to us on a dedicated server. We can offer balanced servers too in case is needed.
